Welcome to Atena's Art

My name is Atena and I’m a Romanian artist based in Utrecht. My art journey began as a way to navigate darkness, greyness and depression in a world where everything’s overwhelming and confusing. In that chaos, I went searching for some beauty and calm and found solace in colours, abstract and organic patterns, fluid shapes and waves. Each piece I create is a personal act of healing, an attempt to fill the empty voids with color, rhythm, and life. Through my art, I invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet beauty that exists beneath the noise — to find, as I have, a sense of calm within the storm.
